Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Since each piece is handcrafted, this process requires significant time. The current estimated completion time is between 2 to 12 months (please refer to our scheduling page for more details). Shipping times will depend on your location. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.
Q: How can you ensure that I will be satisfied with the piece?
A: At the start of the process, we will notify you and share photos and videos of the work in progress. Once the piece is near completion, we will send additional images and videos for your review. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and request adjustments to ensure the final result meets your expectations (up to two revisions).
Note: Thevo's artistic style is based in part on his personal impressions after viewing the photos and listening to stories about the pet's personality and emotions. Although he follows a realistic style, he does not completely replicate the photo but rather uses it as inspiration. Some details may be omitted, added, or adjusted during the creation process. Due to the limitations of wool as a material in terms of color and shape, it is not possible to achieve 100% accuracy compared to reality. We kindly ask for your understanding and appreciation of this work.
Q: How should I care for the pieces?
A: Please note that these are handcrafted items. Although they are made with great care and precision, they may not withstand strong physical impacts, such as pulling or yanking. We recommend keeping the piece in a clean, dry environment, avoiding water and humidity entirely. It is also advisable to keep the piece out of reach of children and pets. If cared for properly, these pieces can be preserved for a very long time.

"The process of creating the works"
Each sculpture is meticulously handcrafted using premium, 100% imported wool of the highest quality, using the needle felting technique to create precise and detailed forms. Step One: Thevo first creates a rough sketch to visualize the composition, proportions, anatomical structure, and key features. Step Two: Using the Needle Felting technique, a specialized needle is used to poke the wool fibers, binding them together to form the desired shapes. This step requires a lot of time and patience to ensure accuracy and solidity in the form. Step Three: Once the desired shape is achieved, wool fibers are applied to the outer surface to add fur and complete the sculpture. Each piece can take weeks or even months to complete.
